PROPERTY TAX PAYMENT DEADLINE: SEPTEMBER 30, 2025
The due date for the second installment of the Property Tax, calculated according to Real Estate Tax Law No. 50/95, is September 30, 2025. Payments made after this deadline will be subject to a late payment penalty fee.
You can make your payments at our municipality cashiers (Yenierenköy, Dipkarpaz, Derince, and Kaleburnu). To inquire about your tax debt, please contact our Municipality's Real Estate Department.
